Zone Alpha To-Do-List

Preparation
- Lay Bulletins and Buckets
- Check chair alignment and chair count
- Ushers should have extra logistical items
- Ensure that ushers are in position ready for door opening ready to usher congregation into their zone

Door Open
- Welcome congregation
- Direct congregation to fill up the zone from 4th row onwards.
- Check status of reserved and empty seats
- Do fishing at the acupoint
- Keep checking status and make sure the zone is filled.
- Give up reserved seats approx 5-10mins before service starts
- Pack congregation to the centre, leave reserved/empty outside.

Praise & Worship
- Check status of reserved and empty seats.
- Do fishing at the acupoint. (Acupointers pls be more proactive)
- Update ICs regularly of zone status.
- If extra chairs are being laid, priority to get the congregation in before laying the bulletins.

Welcome/Announcement
- ensure all seats are filled
- Give out relevant items and be sharp to what Pastor is saying (eg, Welcoming of newcomers, ushers to give out NCS)
- During Offering, stand up only when Stage 1 and 2 stand up
- Check all buckets are collected back
- A1: OCP1, A2 and A3: OCP2
- Check and update attendance card

Offering
- Do a final round of check on the loopholes in the zone.
- Watch out for Stage 1 and 2 to stand up for offering.
- Ensure that offering envelopes are given out.
- Make sure stand on the left side of the aisle.
- Check that all buckets are cleared.
- Ensure that buckets for A1,go to OCP 1, buckets for A2,A3 go to OCP 2.
